David Moutou (he/him) is the Group Manager Social and Community Services with oversight of Council’s community portfolio of aquatics, recreation, early childhood education and care, community capacity building and aged and disability services. David has been in the role since 2019 and with Council since 2011. Prior to working at Council, David was a manager at Twenty10, a state-wide support service for LGBTIQ+ young people. David holds a Masters in Social Investment and Philanthropy, is a life member of The Aurora Group: A Ruby Foundation and a Director of Rural Pride Australia. As an occasional side skill, David is a registered Marriage Celebrant.
