Esther Hall
Esther has worked for several years as part of the Sport England Local Delivery Pilot initiative in the UK, with global leaders in the field of whole systems working (eg Gerald Midgley, Nora Bateson, Dave Snowden). She focuses on the importance of how we connect, and our internal conditions – how we think and feel - that enable our connections and relational networks to be deep and strong.
Esther is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology. Complementary areas of expertise include working in complexity, adult development, systems thinking and transformational change.
She is one of the “Systems Conveners” in the Book “Systems Convening – A Crucial Form of Leadership for the Twentieth Century” by Bev and Etienne Wenger (2020).
