When and where is the symposium?
The WSYD Moving Symposium is being held at the CommBank Stadium Parramatta, Australia, on Thursday, 21st November, from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the full day of panel discussions and presentations at the Symposium, refreshments throughout the day a conference bag of goodies.
Is there a group booking discount?
No. But we encourage you to invite your peers and colleagues along!
How do I receive my ticket?
After completing your registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation including a QR code. This QR code will be resent in the week of the event. A name badge will be provided to you at the symposium.
Will refreshments be provided?
Yes, we want to make sure you’re looked after all day so we will be providing caffeine on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. There’s also a cafe onsite should you need extra shots in the day!
What’s the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
We don’t offer a refund for cancellations, however, if you’re no longer able to attend, you can nominate a substitute to take your ticket by emailing us here.
Will there be a delegate list available?
We are unable to publish a delegate list due to restrictions of the privacy act. We of course encourage forming connections on the day. There will also be a white paper developed post symposium and issued to all registered attendees, which will include all organisations in attendance.
