Martin has over 45 years of experience in the sports and leisure industry and provides extensive sports management, programming, planning knowledge and insights into the design, procurement, management and success of community leisure provision.

Over the past four decades, Martin has joined the dots between physical activity, play, recreation and participation in community sport, allowing all levels of government, sport, exercise and fitness providers and the preventative health sections to collaborate for greater community impact.

His co-design philosophy of strategies and action plans, coupled with a strategic yet pragmatic approach to collaboration, allows him to take advantage of political, strategic, and community opportunities.
