Nicole has over a decade of experience in the disability sector. Currently oversees the Local Area Coordination program as Head of Disability Services at SSI in Sydney and South Western Sydney, she is passionate about driving innovative approaches led by voices of people with disability and is dedicated to increasing open employment outcomes through the Pathway to Possibilities initiative.

Nicole’s previous experience includes working in not-for-profit programs at SSI in various senior operational, service delivery roles. Additionally, they have worked in disability service provision, specialist disability accommodation, supported independent living environments, and education.

Nicole is a mum to three active boys. With her eldest being neurodiverse, she is personally committed and connected to advocating for inclusive practices and support systems that cater to the unique needs of all individuals. Her personal experiences drive her passion for creating a more understanding and accommodating environment for all.
